General Listing Agreement

We are very pleased that you have selected Lyon Real Estate to represent you in listing your home for sale.  This is an important life decision and we take it very seriously.  As such, we would like to outline certain parameters that you must agree to as we move forward with this sale.

Listing

Your listing will be shown on multiple listing sites.  We will get all responses and brief you on the outcomes of such contacts.

Pricing

Your home has been priced according to the current CMA at the time of listing.  Price improvements will be made as conditions warrant.

Contacts

We need to get all business cards left by previewing REALTORS®.   Please set these aside and forward to us weekly.  This will include anyone that just stops by without prior arrangements.

Open Houses

Open houses will be scheduled to let others see the home and will do so around your schedule as best we can.

Utilities

All utilities including water, electrical, gardener shall be maintained during the listing period.

Condition

The home will be kept in good condition and small repairs recommended by us will be done on a timely basis.

Future Plans

Under no circumstances will you move out of the home without alerting us regarding us to any future plans.
